The Jazz have an opportunity to take control of the series with the next two games on their home court in Salt Lake City. Even if he does fall off for a game, Oklahoma City has three more guys there to pick him up. Unfortunately for OKC, it was Utah that got in the last - and deciding - stretch of exceptional play.
Imagine the Jazz's winning a road playoff game while going almost six minutes without scoring.
And the Thunder crumbled. Understandably, that wasn't good enough. "Now it's our turn to make some adjustments and figure out what we're going to do", Anthony said. He had averaged more than 27 points per game in the playoffs for the Pacers the past two years.
"Donovan, obviously, his aggressiveness on the offensive end fueled us there", Snyder said. Ricky Rubio, especially, was impactful. The most by a guard in National Basketball Association history through his first two playoff games. Rubio made five 3-pointers and finished with 22 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. Kevin Love shot a mediocre 3 of 8 from the field while only shooting one free throw...which he missed. The Thunder held the Jazz to 7 for 23 shooting in the third quarter before Mitchell took over in the fourth.
Thunder coach Billy Donovan confirmed George's place in the game. Game 3 will be Saturday in Utah.

The game was filled with back and fourth runs by both teams with the lead changing a dozen times which also included 10 ties. Not much. Not yet. OKC turned the ball over nine times in the opening quarter but trailed just 26-25 behind 10 points by Westbrook.
That happens when one is perhaps the most athletic player in the league and regularly gets to the rim against virtually everyone and the other is the 7-foot-1 rim protector.
If they are to do so, though, it will be vital that they make some adjustments as well as have some key aspects go in their favor, beginning first and foremost with shutting down Oklahoma City's hero in Game 1 - Paul George.
