Anyone who purchases the season pass will be granted a bunch of content up front too, so if you want to be one of the first with all the new outfits, you know what you have to do: whip out that wallet. The unveiling planned for next month will also allow fans their first chance to see the new play area.
The Battle Pass will have a total of 100 tiers to progress through, which is 30 more than last season, but Epic has confirmed that it'll still take around the same amount of time (roughly 75 - 150 hours) to max everything out. Acting as a quasi-progression system, players complete challenges to unlock new tiers which then unlock all sorts of new content from character skins, emotes, and more.
Aside from the fact that Epic Games have not yet provided an official start time for Season 3, there is another obstacle to overcome. Each week, seven challenges will unlock, with the added benefit being that they'll stack, so grabbing the Battle Pass halfway through the season will unlock all of the weekly challenges to date.
The Fortnite season 3 Battle Pass will also replace daily challenges with weekly ones, and it will only be on sale with a V-Bucks price.
Epic didn't say exactly when season three would kick off but with season two ending today (February 20), the wait likely won't be very long (perhaps as early as tomorrow). Well, because of all of these complaints, Epic Games, who is the developer of this game, have chose to try and make it up to fans by not only fixing some of the weapon issues but by also adding new weapons.
According to game developer Epic Games, it has received feedback from users that many players are able to exploit this weapon, which was originally created to have a long reload time to balance out its high damage. However, the additional tiers bring with them even more outfits, banners, and emoticons as well as all new items like Back Blings, new sky diving effects, and loading screens. Each tier can be purchased for 150 V-Bucks a piece.
A major update is arriving to "Fortnite" later this week and will greatly affect close-quarters combat. Update 3.0.0 lets you "place structures right through large objects, meaning you can now build pretty much anywhere at anytime". The third season of the game is the next big update that's expected, and it will introduce an entirely new way to play it: in space.
If you hate this kind of pricing, remember that the game is entirely free.
