The injured were transported to local hospitals, Lexington County spokesman Harrison Cahill said.

The train was operating from NY to Miami.
"There was a train collision and derailment near Charleston Highway and Pine Ridge drive between a freight train and passenger train".
This is the second major crash involving their trains in less than a week.
