Kodak Black got busted after cops saw his infant child surrounded by drugs and a handgun during an Instagram Live broadcast. The 20-year-old rapper - real name Dieuson Octave - was busted in a raid on his home and is looking at seven felony counts that include grand theft of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, marijuana possession and child neglect (he has a two-year-old son King Khalid, even though we don't know yet if that's the child in question).
"Octave could be heard on the audio of his arrest complaining about his "$800 phone" being taken as part of the search warrant, Variety reported. He faced two more arrests in April and May 2016 for charges including possession of a weapon by a felon and false imprisonment.
He was under house arrest for the May 2016 charges, but violated it in February, resulting in anger management, which he recently completed, Variety reported.
