Reportedly, the judges had met over tea on Monday morning, following the decades-old custom of meeting before the proceedings of the court commence for the day. A bench of Justices Arun Mishra and MM Shantanagoudar said this after the government submitted some documents, including the post-mortem report, in a sealed cover to the court.
