We hear the agency took the agent off his desk Wednesday after accuser Blaise Godbe Lipman, now 28, went public on Facebook saying that the rep sexually assaulted him 10 years ago when he was seeking representation as a child actor. After seeing his post, film editor Lucas Ozarowski came forward with a similar story alleging Grasham groped him in January 2016. The Times interviewed each of the accusers.
Lipan's words have inspired other actors to come forward against the agent as well, THR reports. He kept handing me drinks, one after another, ... While he was there, Grasham allegedly "pulled my trousers down" and "grabbed my genitalia". He got me drunk, etc etc etc.
Ozarowski also shared screenshots of an alleged conversation with Grasham, where the agent seems to admit to "groping" the filmmaker and repeatedly hits on him, not stopping even after being asked to multiple times.
So far, Grasham has remained silent over the allegations.
A second post the next day revealed the agent's identity as Grasham.
A wonderful day at #GardnerHouse. APA Agency has kept this man employed, working with kid actors. "I find it incredibly hard to believe they do not know of his predatory behavior, using his position within the company to prey on naive kids", said.
"APA takes these allegations extremely seriously and is investigating this matter".
Child actor Finn Wolfhard, who is known for his role in the popular science fiction-horror web series "Stranger Things", has reportedly quit the popular media company Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) due to reported sexual assault allegations.
"Although his power in this biz is no where near Weinstein level, the collective power of agents is massive", wrote Mr Lipman.
