"Recovery is possible", she captioned the post.
"The most important thing to Demi is losing people, losing people that she cares about and that love her", Bayer said. "Can't wait to share this with you guys".
"It's an everyday battle", Lovato told Glamour about recovering from the disorder, which she originally sought treatment for in 2011 (along with substance abuse and self-harm issues). "It's something that I'm constantly thinking about".
"What started the relapse [this time] was missing Wilmer", she shared.
"When I feel lonely, my heart feels hungry and then I end up binging and I don't know how to figure out how to be alone", Demi says.
She continued, "Body image, what I'm going to eat next, what I wish I could be eating, what I wish I didn't eat".
"I've never loved anybody like I loved Wilmer, and like, I still love Wilmer".
The 25-year-old has largely been single since ending her months-long romance with mixed martial arts fighter Guilherme Vasconcelos earlier this year, although she was photographed holding hands with Los Angeles-based DJ Lauren Abedini at Disneyland in California last month.

Demi added that she found it hard to admit that she's "not perfect" while being filmed, but hopes her story will inspire others.
