"Samsung's QLED 4K TV is our favorite way to play Xbox One X, and we're thrilled to join forces with Samsung in the U.S.to deliver immersive 4K gaming experiences to our fans". This news comes from a mixture of both Mike Ybarra (the Xbox Corporate Vice President) and our very own information, which helped us fill in a blank.
Xbox Director of Programming Major Nelson and Xbox Platform CVP Mike Ybarra talked about game gifting and wishlists in a conversation at PAX West.
The televisions' picture quality, low-input lag and game-specific optimization settings make them a ideal companion for the advanced Xbox One X console, showing off the games "the way the developers intended", Combs says.
There is a buzz that the mouse and keyboard for Xbox are coming soon features for Xbox for a while.
Perhaps developers will come up with something similar, but focused on whether or not Xbox One players want to play with or against keyboard and mouse players, for when the support is added to the console. Gears of War 4, for instance, supports cross-play between PC and Xbox One, so the "gamepad vs. keyboard and mouse" dynamic is already there.
So a lot of people they tweet me and they say that you can't do this because of fairness; and we understand that we run two platforms - Windows and Xbox.
Ybarra ends the question by saying that support for the devices will be coming soon. Mr Ybarra also confirmed that the supported titles would be announced very soon. Windows Insiders in Skip Ahead will likely be waiting even less than most Xbox Insiders - Xbox features like this are usually enabled on a per-build basis, while enabling it for Windows Insiders is as easy as an app flight. But the "fairness" issue is definitely one that will have to be addressed in some way shape or form, so it'll be interesting to see how they tackle that, going forward.
